File a grievance.
If something at an AARR-certified residence doesn't match the standard we hold operators to, we want to know. Confidential intake, fair review, clear next steps.
The Arkansas Alliance of Recovery Residences (AARR) asks that anyone with a concern or grievance about a certified recovery residence — or its staff or volunteers — first try to resolve it at the local level, following the grievance process required for AARR/NARR (National Alliance for Recovery Residences) certification. We understand that is not always possible. When local efforts have not resolved the situation, you may submit a grievance to AARR using the form below. We will respond with care and keep your information confidential to the extent allowed by our policy.
Thank you — your grievance has been received.
A member of the AARR team will review your submission and follow up using the contact information you provided.
