Our Resident Support Program funds recovery housing operators directly; we do not collect personal health information from individual residents.</aside> <h3><span class="n">2.</span> How We Use Your Information</h3> <p>We use the information we collect to:</p> <ul><li>Administer the AARR certification program and communicate with operators about certification status</li><li>Process and manage Resident Support Program funding requests</li><li>Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support</li><li>Send newsletters and program updates (you may unsubscribe at any time)</li><li>Fulfill our grant reporting obligations to funders such as the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), SAMHSA, the Arkansas Opioid Recovery Partnership (ARORP), and private foundations</li><li>Improve our website and services</li><li>Comply with applicable laws and our legal obligations</li></ul> <h3><span class="n">3.</span> How We Share Your Information</h3> <p>We do not sell your personal information. Where those agreements require individual-level data, we share only the minimum information necessary and only in a form permitted by the applicable grant agreement. Federal grant regulations generally require retention of grant records for a minimum of three years following the close of a grant period.
